Technical Project Manager - PMP/PRINCE2

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to align on deliverables.

- Prepare proposals, effort estimates, and project documentation.

- Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.

- Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure business value realization.

Required Qualifications

- 810 years of experience leading technical teams and managing software projects.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Platform). This is Mandatory field

- Proven ability to manage project planning, tracking, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

- Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.

- Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or custom-built platforms.
