Technical Project Manager Role - Technical Project Manager Experience - 8-14 years Location - Hyderabad- WFO Notice - 30 days/Immediate Education - B.Tech/ B.E Responsibilities: - Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. - Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement. - Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. - Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and collaboration within the team. - Remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress. - Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and timelines. - Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and resources to accomplish their tasks. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by promoting Agile best practices. - Implement and monitor processes to track and improve product quality. Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's Degree in computer engineering or computer-science-related field - A minimum of 6 years of software development experience. - A minimum of 3 years of as a Project Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. - Excellent written / oral communication, leadership and collaboration skills. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, VersionOne, TFS ). - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools - Ability to learn modern technologies as the need arises.
