Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale eCommerce and digital transformation programs.

- Partner directly with the CIO to define technology strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for digital commerce initiatives.

- Drive modernization of eCommerce platforms, including architecture transformation, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Translate business and customer experience requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

- Oversee cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, UX, and operations.

- Implement strong program governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.

- Ensure adoption of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices across teams.

- Manage vendor ecosystems, third-party platforms, and integrations relevant to eCommerce.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 15+ years of overall experience in technology.

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience (Java/.NET or similar technologies).

- Significant experience in eCommerce/digital commerce platforms (B2C/B2B), including platform implementation, scaling, or transformation.

- Proven track record of leading large transformation programs in digital or online business environments.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce architecture, including catalog, checkout, payments, order management, and integrations.

- Experience working closely with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with leading eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices-based architectures.

- Consulting or client-facing experience in large organizations.
