Technical Project Manager - 10+ Years
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager Data Engineering for a leading AI & Analytics organization in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in Azure Data Platform, Databricks, ADF, PySpark, SQL, and Data Engineering Delivery Management who have successfully led enterprise-scale data transformation and analytics programs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Engineering and Analytics projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and mentor Data Engineering teams while driving engineering excellence.
- Govern enterprise data platforms, Lakehouse/Data Lake architectures, and analytics ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define delivery roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 10-14 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management.
- Experience managing large Data Engineering teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Azure, Databricks, PMP, or Agile certifications are preferred.
