Technical Project Manager - Cargo Systems Implementation

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Airline Cargo Management Systems to lead large-scale IT implementation programs. This role requires expertise in project governance, system integrations, stakeholder management, and delivering enterprise technology solutions within the aviation domain.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IT implementation of Airline Cargo Management Systems such as iCargo, Cargospot, CargoSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.

- Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to drive system design, integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.

- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with airline cargo business processes and global messaging standards (Cargo-IMP/Cargo-XML).

- Manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors while adhering to PMI governance frameworks.

- Identify project risks, mitigate technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Requirements:

- 8-15 years of Project Management experience within IT services or technology environments.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Airline Cargo/Logistics system implementations.

- Experience with cargo platforms such as iCargo, Cargospot, Mercator CargoSuite, Accelya, SITA Cargo, or Unisys Cargo.

- Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud-based systems, and data migration.

- PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
