
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scope Definition:
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assess the technical and operational impacts of transitioning to the new Salesforce instance and Marketo.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business teams, developers, testers, and support teams.
- Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Supervise the development and testing of data pipelines, ensuring compatibility with the new systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Oversight:
- Engage in technical discussions to validate solutions and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Provide guidance to developers and testers on integration workflows, including Airflow, DBT, Embulk, and Treasure Data.
Handover and Support Transition:
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of the project, including technical specifications, test results, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate a smooth handover of the project to the existing support team, including knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of data integration workflows, including experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, Airflow, DBT, Embulk, and Treasure Data.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and validate solutions with developers and stakeholders.
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with data platforms and/or CDPs or familiarity with their architecture
- Knowledge of marketing activation workflows and data segmentation processes.
