Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead, deliver, and govern end-to-end IT projects across Application Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Operations.

This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on project execution, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex technology initiatives while maintaining high standards of delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Average Experience Required:

- 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in Technical Project Management across application and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects spanning application development and infrastructure modernization.

- Develop detailed project artifacts, including project plans, work breakdown structures, sprint schedules, and long-term delivery roadmaps.

- Oversee end-to-end project execution: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare/transition.

- Track and report project KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and mitigation strategies.

- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery through disciplined project governance and change control.

Technology & Delivery Oversight:

- Provide oversight across Application Development, Application Support, and Infrastructure Operations initiatives.

- Collaborate with software developers, architects, infrastructure engineers, DevOps specialists, and QA teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

- Enforce adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL best-practice frameworks.

- Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution validation sessions.

- Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, and senior leadership.

- Manage vendor relationships, including SOW preparation, SLA governance, performance reviews, and contract compliance.

- Lead project status meetings, stand-ups, sprint reviews, steering committee sessions, and executive-level reporting.

- Communicate project updates, risks, and impacts clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.

Operational Management:

- Ensure ongoing stability and performance of business applications and infrastructure environments through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

- Lead incident, change, and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL principles.

- Drive infrastructure upgrades, server migrations, patch management, and production optimization initiatives.

- Support cloud adoption, modernization strategies, and continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in IT project management and technology delivery.

- Strong technical background across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps concepts.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in Agile and hybrid delivery models.

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor negotiation skills.

- Certifications preferred: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
