About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager to work closely with the CTO and play a pivotal role in driving project delivery, Agile transformation, and process excellence across our technology organization.

This is a high-impact leadership-facing role combining project execution, delivery governance, Agile coaching, and operational process improvement within a fast-growing B2B SaaS product environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and Support teams to ensure predictable delivery, scalable processes, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery Leadership

- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple concurrent technology and product development projects across cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product stakeholders to define project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.

- Track execution using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring delivery predictability and transparency.

- Maintain dashboards and generate executive reports covering delivery status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Process Definition & Delivery Governance

- Design and implement scalable Agile delivery processes, ticket workflows, and support governance frameworks.

- Conduct process audits, reviews, and compliance checks to ensure operational discipline.

- Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

- Strengthen delivery governance and operational efficiency across engineering functions.

Agile Coaching & Organizational Enablement

- Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Coach teams on estimation techniques, backlog prioritization, and Agile best practices.

- Drive adoption of Agile mindset and improve organizational process maturity.

Quality & Compliance Alignment

- Align engineering teams with standardized quality and delivery frameworks.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance adherence.

- Support enterprise-grade delivery practices and governance standards.

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication

- Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teams.

- Provide regular delivery updates and risk visibility to leadership and CTO office.

- Translate technical execution into clear executive-level insights and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking strong professionals from Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / Delivery Excellence / PMO Leadership backgrounds

Mandatory Requirements

- 9+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Project/Program Management, PMO, or Delivery Governance roles within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.

- Proven experience managing Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams using Jira/Confluence.

- Prior hands-on exposure to at least one technical function such as software development, QA, testing, or technical coordination.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with CTO or senior leadership teams.

- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive Agile adoption and maturity organization-wide.

- Experience working in B2B SaaS or product-based technology companies (RetailTech, ERP, OMS, POS, E-commerce SaaS, Logistics preferred).

- Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR or nearby locations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management credentials.

- Exposure to CMMI, ISO, or enterprise-level quality and governance frameworks.

- Experience operating in scaling product organizations or high-growth SaaS environments.
