
Accountabilities of Project Manager
- Focuses on delivering Customer value in line to client preferred methodology in partnership with various stakeholders.
- Identifies and manages the processes/governance for the project(s).
- Ensures the delivery of customer value through project(s) outcomes and services meet the customer objectives as per the agreed roadmap.
- Builds, manages and maintains a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple team(s) internal / external.
- Takes ownership for all project(s) plans/controls and resource plans, progress reporting on plans/controls in line with the requirements and keeps constant focus.
- Is accountable for project level RAID.
- Display behavior in line to organization purpose and values.
- Proactive identification and effective management and or escalation of conduct risk to deliver key project outcomes.
- Owning, managing and supervising within a defined risk appetite the risk which exists in the project. Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge and experience of managing project(s), delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience in setting up projects and governance for projects in Agile/DevOps environment.
- Knowledge and hands on experience of managing project costs, estimation and planning.
- Managing project and team's productivity and ensuring adherence to project and organization metrics. A very capable communicator with ability to communicate project / technical concepts to your peers and management level colleagues with good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
