Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong AI exposure to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions. This role combines program management, technical depth, and AI understanding to drive successful execution of complex, multi-project environments.

You will work closely with AI architects, data scientists, engineering teams, and clients to ensure scalable, high-impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Management

- Lead multiple AI/ML and software projects simultaneously

- Own end-to-end delivery (scope, timeline, cost, quality)

- Drive Agile / Scrum execution and sprint planning

- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

2. AI & Technical Oversight

- Understand AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Models)

- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

- Work with data science and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability

- Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with business goals

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams

- Manage communication, reporting, and escalation handling

- Drive client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term engagement

4. Business & P&L Ownership

- Own project budgets, margins, and resource planning

- Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue realization

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

5. Team Leadership

- Manage cross-functional teams (AI, Data, Engineering, QA)

- Ensure team productivity, alignment, and delivery excellence

- Mentor team members and build delivery capability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- 8-12 years in technical project/program management

- Strong experience in software delivery + AI/ML projects

Solid understanding of:

- Machine Learning basics

- Generative AI / LLMs

- Data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

- Proven P&L ownership / budget management

- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
