Technical Project Manager

- Own and drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for custom and product-based software development engagements

- Lead and manage large, cross-functional agile teams comprising frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and data/AI engineers

- Act as a hands-on Technical Project Manager, deeply involved in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and delivery planning

- Manage and deliver projects built using React, Node.js, Python, and AWS

- Drive execution of software product development projects, from concept and roadmap planning to release and post-launch support

- Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

- Present sprint progress, demos, risks, and outcomes during Sprint Review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

- Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic and international clients

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation for large teams with minimal supervision

- Proactively track project health, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

- Ensure strong alignment between business goals, technical execution, and client expectations
