Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from scope definition and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, data science) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Track project progress using Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.), conduct daily stand-ups, and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and issues clearly with leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Bring in a strong understanding of either AI technologies or Digital Marketing platforms, helping bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Proven experience working in projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architecture and development discussions.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering high-impact digital or AI-driven projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Trello, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, AI models, or MarTech platforms is desirable
