Technical Program Manager - Telecom Domain

Role Overview:

This is a Technical Program Manager role within the Network Deployment Group, focused on program delivery in networking and datacenter environments. The candidate must possess strong technical networking expertise, along with robust program management skills.

They will be responsible for orchestrating large-scale technical deployments, managing stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive network engineering & lifecycle management (LCM) deployment programs, leveraging automation and software tools.

- Coordinate with global delivery teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient network service delivery.

- Manage third-party vendors for network monitoring & troubleshooting, including escalations.

- Design, refine, and implement process improvements for better efficiency and reliability.

- Track and report scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall program status.

- Work closely with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver large-scale technical networking projects.

1. Technical expertise in networking components, deployment, and topology design

2. Strong program management skills - including risk mitigation, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and program execution

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Work Environment & Expectations:

- Program Delivery Team with Networking background

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing network deployment projects

- Experience with datacenter environments preferred

- Ability to manage technical stakeholders effectively

- Weekend flexibility: Up to 2 weekends/month, compensated with weekday offs

- No rigid shifts, but must be flexible to collaborate with US/global teams

Experience Expectations

- No fixed years of experience, but candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end program management responsibilities in a technical environment
