Technical Program Manager - SDLC & Agile

You will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex software development projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices will be crucial in fostering a high-performance environment and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end technical program delivery

- Drive Agile practices and ensure adherence to SDLC processes

- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful program execution

- Oversee system integration and ensure alignment across platforms

- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

- Track program progress and report to stakeholders

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in SDLC and Agile frameworks

- Experience managing large-scale technical programs

- Hands-on experience in system integration projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Qualifications:

- BE/M.Tech

- Scrum Master / PMP certification
