Technical Program Manager - SaaS

Location Indore and Gurgaon

SAAS HRTECH FINTECH

- Project Management & Delivery Leadership

- Lead and oversee multiple parallel technology initiatives across cross-functional SaaS teams.

- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to define delivery roadmaps, scope, capacity plans, and milestones.

- Drive execution using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence.

- Maintain high-visibility dashboards and executive-friendly reports covering progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasts.

- Run sprint ceremonies, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Process Excellence & Governance:

- Build, refine, and enforce Agile delivery processes, ticketing workflows, and support operations.

- Conduct governance reviews, quality audits, and compliance checks across projects.

- Identify delivery inefficiencies, define corrective actions, and institutionalize best practices.

Agile Coaching & Organizational Enablement:

- Mentor teams on Agile frameworks, estimation models, prioritization, and backlog hygiene.

- Conduct workshops to uplift Agile maturity, productivity, and collaboration culture.

- Champion an outcome-oriented, continuous improvement mindset across the org.

Quality Assurance, Risk & Compliance:

- Align delivery teams with quality guidelines, documentation standards, and audit readiness requirements.

- Partner with QA, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure adherence to CMMI/ISO frameworks where applicable.

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication:

- Act as the strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Support.

- Present delivery updates, risk assessments, and process insights to senior leadership.

- Translate complex technical progress into clear, business-aligned updates for CXO-level visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of total experience, with strong exposure to Project/Program Management, PMO, or Delivery Excellence in SaaS or HR Tech environments.

- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, sprint management, and Jira/Confluence.

- Background in a technical function (QA, development, testing, DevOps, or project coordination).

- Strong capability in building governance models, documentation controls, and audit frameworks.
