Description:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead and manage critical programs that drive operational excellence, technology integration, and process improvements within the quick commerce ecosystem. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing supply chain or delivery network processes, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of technical programs related to quick commerce operations such as supply chain, delivery performance, order fulfillment, or technology platforms.
- Build, optimize, and scale operational processes across inbound, transportation, and outbound logistics.
- Drive operational excellence and cost optimization projects by analyzing performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product, operations, and vendor teams to deliver program milestones on time.
- Establish robust tracking, reporting frameworks, and automated dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of delivery or operational disruptions to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Own end-to-end program strategies and communicate progress and impact to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement continuous feedback mechanisms and coaching programs for delivery partners or related stakeholders.
- Balance strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or quick commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant technical/professional qualifications.
- Familiarity with technology stacks, supply chain systems, or delivery networks in quick commerce companies.
