Technical Program Manager - IT

- Plan, schedule, track, and deliver multiple technical programs on time and within budget.

- Develop detailed program roadmaps, define milestones, and monitor progress against key deliverables.

- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide regular program status reports, updates, and dashboards to leadership teams.

- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the project lifecycle.

- Proactively develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact.

- Ensure transparent communication of risks and progress to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.

- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of product lines.

- Prepare and present proposals to secure new programs or projects.

- Ensure adherence to master project plans, technical standards, and quality expectations.

- Develop and improve project management processes, tools, and templates.

- Act as an advisor to cross-functional teams regarding project prioritization, resource allocation, and execution strategy.

- Participate in contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with financial, resource, and operational requirements.

- Monitor budget utilization, cost forecasts, and project profitability.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 5-8 years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Leadership within a software or technology environment.

- Proven expertise in program planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical project delivery.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
