- We are looking for a TPM who responsible to manage large, complex products and solutions. - Creating a comprehensive program plan, defining goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables. - You will have to work closely with various teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and others, to ensure that the program aligns with the organization's strategic goals. - You are responsible to allocate and manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support program objectives. -Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will need to anticipate and plan for obstacles that may arise during the program. - Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure timely completion of milestones. - Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged is vital. - Oversee quality control processes to ensure that the final deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. - Manage change requests and assess their impact on the program, making informed decisions about whether to approve or reject them. - Identifying and resolving issues that may impede progress, facilitate discussions and decision-making to address roadblocks. - Maintaining accurate program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, is essential for tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
