Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with 35 years of experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional programs, coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs in a fintech environment.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define program goals, scope, and timelines.

- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure alignment of technical initiatives with business objectives.

- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.

- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure best practices in program execution.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 35 years of experience as a Program Manager / Technical Program Manager in a fintech company.

- Strong understanding of fintech products (payments, lending, digital banking, wallets, UPI, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze technical and business problems and propose effective solutions.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, payment gateways, or financial platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
