- The Client Trust Engineering team is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team and drive technology programs and initiatives.

- The successful candidate will have a solid track record of technical program and project management and will have demonstrated excellent leadership, stakeholder management along with superior organizational and communication skills in leading cross functional programs to deliver successful outcomes.

- The right candidate should be able to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities.

- This position will report to technical program management leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

- Drive alignment and execution across multiple cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver complex, high-impact programs on time and at quality.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and partner teams to translate strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes.

- Lead program planning, milestone tracking, and release management to provide a unified view of progress, dependencies, and risks across initiatives.

- Communicate program goals, updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-organizational partners to ensure transparency and shared alignment.

- Proactively identify gaps, resolve cross-team conflicts, and remove blockers to maintain momentum and delivery focus.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement to strengthen team accountability and execution excellence.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of technical program management experience within an engineering organization, with overall 7+ years in the industry.

- Direct work experience in a technical program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.

- Knowledge of technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth.

- Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.

- Direct experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.

- Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects.

- Excellent communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational
