\We are hiring for the position of Technical Program Manager with one of the leading organization Experience: Bangalore Location: Bangalore Responsibilities : - Responsible for creating a program plan that outlines the objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources required to achieve the desired outcomes, coordinate activities and tasks across multiple teams, - Managing the program's budget and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure that the program stays within budget and that any necessary approvals are obtained. - Manages risks associated with the program. Work with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure that the program stays on track. - Monitors the performance of projects within the program and ensures that they are meeting their objectives. Analyze program metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress towards the program's goals. - Responsible for managing and leading project teams. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the resources they need to complete their work. - Responsible for continually evaluating and improving the program's processes and methodologies to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
