Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives across Engineering, Product, Data, and AI teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology programs. You will work closely with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into execution plans and drive delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical foundations with exceptional program management and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple complex technology programs from initiation through successful delivery.

- Define program roadmaps, milestones, execution plans, and governance frameworks.

- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data Science, and Business teams to drive alignment and execution.

- Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications.

- Drive Agile program execution across multiple teams using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies.

- Monitor delivery metrics, program health, and operational KPIs to ensure predictable outcomes.

- Facilitate cross-functional planning, release management, and prioritization activities.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and architectural considerations.

- Ensure successful execution of cloud, data, platform, and AI-related initiatives.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- 913 years of overall experience with significant exposure to Technical Program Management.

- Strong experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder Management.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.

- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.

- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, API-based systems, and distributed applications.

- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
