Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs and projects across multiple engineering teams.

- Collaborate closely with architects and senior developers to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems on AWS.

- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers in a fast-paced environment.

- Translate product and business requirements into detailed technical execution plans.

- Define KPIs and drive process improvements for program delivery using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

- Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

- Ensure technical decisions align with long-term architectural goals and platform strategies.

- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.
