Summary : This role will lead the customer engagement for data management projects handling multiple aspects for the client across Project Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Resource Management. Responsibilities : - Responsible to manage multiple concurrent projects across different functions - Final responsibility of delivering project deliverables on-schedule, on-quality, on-budget - Work with multiple stakeholders and multiple Customer Project Managers for project planning, status reporting, risk identification and mitigation - Plan project through combination of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel - Work with Solution Architect, Technical Architect to ensure solution and design meets customer- s requirements of functionality and scalability - Use technical proficiency to conduct solution architecture, design and development reviews - Work with multiple function track leads to estimate, schedule, deliver work across different work streams - Adopt, modify processes for the project to drive standardization across resources and teams within the project - Monitor and drive adherence to established processes and delivery methodology - Create, manage, deliver weekly sprints with support of project coordinator - Prepare weekly reports and conduct weekly review meetings with customer - Open for future travel up to 50% time as per business need - Open to work Middle East workdays (Sunday - Thursday) Open to work in a Start up work culture Qualifications : - 15 - 18 years industry experience - Minimum 7 years in Customer facing role as Delivery Lead / Project Manager - Minimum qualification Bachelor of Engineering or MCA degree from Tier 1 institution - PRINCE II or PMP certification - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Delivered multiple projects in Data Migration or Data Warehousing or Master Data Management projects in a customer-facing role of Delivery Lead / Project Manager - Past background in technical development roles or in architecting data management solutions - Experience working in a multi-year, large program with pilot and roll-out phases - Expertise using Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, SharePoint - Proficiency in waterfall, agile methodology - Problem solver, analytical mind-set - Dynamic, confident personality, quick learner, with the ability to successfully execute based on guidance and multiple priorities - Preferable: Experience in Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing industries projects
