Technical Product Owner
Exp: 8 12+ years
Location: Bengaluru
Experience:
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, or Platform Product Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms, developer tools, frameworks, APIs, or shared technology services.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering products across the complete lifecycle.
Product Management Skills:
- Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Experience with discovery methodologies, customer research, experimentation, and product validation.
AI & Digital Product Capabilities:
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MCP-based solutions, or AI agents.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, AI-assisted requirements generation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to establish trust, validation, and governance mechanisms for AI-generated outputs.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of modern web application architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and SDLC practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, observability, and software quality practices.
- Working knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, and reliability concepts.
