- Job Title: Technical Product Manager

- Location: Noida | Hybrid mode, 3 days onsite 2 days remote

- Prior Notes:

- Must have extensive API Integration, SQL data mapping

- Well experienced to sit with engineering teams and be a contributor in the conversation

- A strong communicator & should be very passionate about his/her work

- Flexibility on the domain (Life Insurance) but nice to have it However, must be from Enterprise/B2B Product background

- Early career could be as Software Engineer & transitioned into Technical Product Management

- For Senior Roles, should be a Leader/Mentorship to junior Product Managers/Stakeholder Management

- Considering the urgency, need some immediate joiners first

Responsibility:

- Lead & contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization

- Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements

- Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases

- Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products

- Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map

- Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements

- May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests

- Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development

WHAT YOULL NEED:

- 9+ years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment

- Bachelors/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field

- Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment

- Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc

- Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems

- Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners

- An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues

- Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills

- Can lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise

- Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools

- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup

- Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory
