Technical Product Manager

Role Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager based in Hyderabad, you will serve as the bridge between complex engineering capabilities and market-driven business needs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact IT products, translating abstract requirements into actionable technical specifications. By collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, design squads, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap by aligning technical milestones with strategic business objectives to ensure market competitiveness.

- Lead the end-to-end product design process, working alongside UX/UI teams to create intuitive, high-performance interfaces that solve complex user pain points.

- Leverage advanced data analytics to track product performance metrics, identifying key trends and user behaviors to inform future feature development and optimization.

- Manage the full IT product management lifecycle, from initial ideation and technical scoping to final deployment and post-launch iteration, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Facilitate clear communication between engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on product vision and release timelines.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product documentation for engineering teams.

- Proven expertise in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights that drive product strategy and feature prioritization.

- Strong proficiency in product design principles, with a track record of delivering user-centric solutions that balance technical constraints with aesthetic and functional excellence.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations in a high-growth environment.

- A solid educational background in Engineering or Management, complemented by 3 - 9 years of hands-on experience in technical product management.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, maintaining productivity and collaboration across distributed teams in the Hyderabad office.
