Technical Product Manager

BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA candidates having 815 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, or Platform Product Management.

Proven experience managing enterprise platforms, developer tools, frameworks, APIs, or shared technology services.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated success delivering products across the complete lifecycle.

Product Management Skills:

- Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

- Experience with discovery methodologies, customer research, experimentation, and product validation.

AI & Digital Product Capabilities:

- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MCP-based solutions, or AI agents.

- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, AI-assisted requirements generation, and AI-enabled workflows.

- Ability to establish trust, validation, and governance mechanisms for AI-generated outputs.

Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of modern web application architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and SDLC practices.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, observability, and software quality practices.

- Working knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, and reliability concepts.
