About the Role:
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager for a fast-growing Web3 startup. This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from engineering into product management and thrives in a 0-1 product-building environment. You will work closely with engineering teams to build, launch, and scale innovative products with full ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Translate business problems into clear, structured technical requirements.
- Drive product roadmap, prioritization, and execution in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ensure high-quality product delivery with strong alignment between business and technology.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and data insights.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background with prior hands-on engineering experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience in building and scaling products, preferably in a startup environment.
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand system architecture.
- Experience in Web2 products is required; exposure to Web3 is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from Tier-1 institutes will be preferred.
