Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product roadmap for PrivaSapien's platform, working closely with UX, UI, Backend, and DevOps teams to drive seamless integration and delivery of cutting-edge products.

2. Plan and manage agile sprints, ensuring clarity, motivation, and high team efficiency while removing blockers to execution.

3. Champion a customer-first approach in feature development, bug fixes, releases, and documentation, making the platform intuitive and easy to use.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Research, Sales, and other teams to align technical and business objectives.

5. Own the software lifecycle, including code reviews, test plan validation, bug tracking, and release management.

6. Create and maintain high-quality PRDs, product launch plans, test plans, release notes, user stories, and technical whitepapers.

7. Deliver high-impact product demos, videos, and competitor analysis to support sales and marketing teams.

8. Be open to national and international travel (~20%) for customer and industry engagements.

Product Manager - Platform

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform development (full-stack, DevOps, or related areas).

2. 2+ years of experience in product management or working closely with PMs in platform lifecycle management.

3. Proven track record of managing at least 2 global platforms as a product manager.

4. Strong expertise in product management, UX/UI, CI/CD, version control, testing, bug tracking, documentation, and CRM tools.

5. Experience in enabling sales and customer success teams to drive acquisition and retention.

6. Degree from a top-tier technology or business institute is a plus.
