Role Overview:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering innovative AI-driven products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into actionable product roadmaps and specifications. This role involves working with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful product launches, ultimately impacting our customers' ability to leverage AI for enhanced business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely and high-quality product development.
- Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within an Agile/Scrum framework, optimizing team velocity and product delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve user experience, driving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, enabling effective product adoption.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize key metrics.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure successful product launches, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage product roadmaps, translating market needs into actionable product specifications.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing product backlogs and facilitating sprint planning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.
