Practice Lead - Presales

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead Presales to drive solution consulting and go-to-market initiatives across the [Digital Solutions/ AI Solutions / Cybersecurity/Enterprise sales] practice.

This role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate client needs into impactful solutions and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead presales strategy, solution positioning, and RFP/RFI responses

- Conduct demos, workshops, and PoCs to showcase solution value

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to close deals

- Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants/solution architects

- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

- 15+ years in presales/solution consulting with 35 years in a leadership role

- Strong expertise in Digital Solutions/ AI / Cybersecurity/Enterprise sales

- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills

- Proven track record in solution design, proposals, and deal closures

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
