Technical Operations Manager - IT Field Services

Role Overview:

A leading global technology services organization is hiring a Technical Operations Manager to lead international IT field services and infrastructure deployment programs across enterprise customer accounts. The role will own service delivery, operational excellence, stakeholder management, resource planning, quality governance, and profitability across global technology deployment projects spanning networking, data centres, structured cabling, unified communications, and emerging infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT infrastructure deployment and field service programs across multiple customer accounts.

- Manage Technical Coordinators, field engineering teams, and delivery resources to ensure timely project execution.

- Drive operational performance, service quality, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Act as the primary operational stakeholder for client engagement, escalations, and delivery governance.

- Review technical deliverables, project documentation, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.

- Identify operational risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, field services, or technical project management.

- Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams and international delivery programs.

- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, data centre infrastructure, structured cabling, wireless deployments, or unified communications environments.

- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, operational governance, and service delivery excellence.

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, customer accounts, and cross-functional delivery teams.

- Willingness to work from Delhi in an onsite capacity.
