Looking for Someone who can guide team in terms of troubleshoot
Role Overview:
This role owns end-to-end platform stability, escalation governance, and deployment reliability across all customer environments. You will function as the operational bridge between Customer Success, Engineering, and Field Operations while ensuring mission-critical uptime.
What You Will Own
Support Strategy & Governance:
- Build structured escalation frameworks and incident response models.
- Define severity classification, communication protocols, and closure standards.
- Ensure production environments comply with approved release and patch controls.
Advanced Troubleshooting Leadership:
- Guide deep-dive troubleshooting across Linux-based systems.
- Oversee database health checks (MongoDB & PostgreSQL).
- Validate Python-based service diagnostics and performance issues.
- Support hardware-adjacent system integration challenges.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Translate production issues into actionable engineering tickets.
- Participate in release readiness reviews and go-live planning.
- Support post-deployment hyper care and stabilization programs.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Own weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Drive MTTR reduction strategies.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention.
