Technical Manager - Healthcare SaaS & AI Platforms

We are hiring an experienced Technical Manager to lead the development of scalable healthcare technology platforms powered by Cloud, AI/ML, and modern web/mobile technologies.

As a Technical Manager, you will drive architecture, product engineering, delivery execution, and team leadership while building high-quality digital healthcare applications.

Experience: 12 - 16 Years

Location: Bengaluru (5 Days WFO)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end technical delivery of healthcare products

- Lead engineering teams across web, mobile, and cloud platforms

- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native architectures

- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams

- Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, and engineering governance

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and best practices

- Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence

- Work on AI/ML-driven healthcare automation initiatives

Required Skills:

- 12+ years in Software Development & Engineering

- Strong experience in .NET, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL databases

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms

- Exposure to Mobile Apps, Microservices & SaaS applications

- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and secure coding practices

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Healthcare domain experience preferred

Good to Have:

- AI/ML or Generative AI exposure

- Kubernetes/Docker/Containerization

- NoSQL databases & modern frontend frameworks.
