Experience :
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in a technical appraisal/valuation role in banks or NBFCs. Hands-on exposure to site execution or civil site engineering and planning will be an advantage
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA in Advanced Construction Management/Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure or BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Key Profile :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to oversee technical due diligence, project monitoring, and real estate appraisal for our CRE finance division. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, stakeholder management, and technical skills, with proven expertise in Project Monitoring, site inspections, and policy restructuring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage technical appraisal of real estate projects residential, commercial, industrial (Land, MIDC, Bungalows, Shops, Offices, etc.)
- Conduct project due diligence, cost estimation, in line with internal product policy.
- Project Monitoring - Monitor disbursed projects in terms of project approvals and construction cost as per process laid down within the company.
- Monitor EWS (Early Warning Signals) for project risk indicators, geographic/project-specific funding risks.
- Perform regular site inspections, vendor coordination, and joint visits with internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle vendor empanelment, onboarding, training, and payout management.
- Prepare and present technical reports, dashboards, and cost-saving analysis (vendor rate revision, structure change, etc.).
- Support internal audits, NHB audits, and ISO compliance processes.
- Work closely with the TM and central team on policy structuring and process enhancements.
- Maintain consistent communication with Risk, Legal, Credit, and Business teams
What we are looking at :
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in the financial services/NBFC sector or Consulting.
- Project Planning & Monitoring
- Real Estate Technical Due Diligence (Good understanding of Development Potential, Approvals, Construction Cost and project timelines).
- Cost Estimation, Valuation, and Risk Analysis
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
