
Position 1: Technical Leader (HRMS - Darwinbox Implementation)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Darwinbox Implementation Technical Leader to drive end-to-end HRMS transformation across a large Upper Layer NBFC. The role will lead implementation, integration, and optimization of Darwinbox, ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance (RBI norms), and seamless alignment with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end Darwinbox implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Implement modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment (ATS), Performance Management, Attendance & Leave, and Employee Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams.
2. Technical Leadership:
- Act as the technical SME for Darwinbox.
- Define system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Lead API development, middleware integrations, and automation workflows.
3. Integration & Ecosystem:
- Integrate Darwinbox with LOS, LMS, Finance/ERP systems, biometric systems, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integrations.
4. Data Migration & Governance:
- Lead migration from legacy HRMS systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and governance.
- Implement security aligned with RBI/NBFC regulatory requirements.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage Darwinbox vendor and implementation partners.
- Ensure SLA adherence, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
6. Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Drive SIT and UAT cycles.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and readiness for go-live.
7. Post-Go-Live Support:
- Provide L2/L3 support.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation.
8. Compliance & Security:
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, audit readiness, and data privacy.
- Implement role-based access and audit mechanisms.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (MBA/HR preferred)
Experience:
- 7-12 years of IT experience
- 6-12 years in HRMS implementations
- Minimum 3-4 end-to-end Darwinbox implementations
- Experience in NBFC/BFSI domain (Upper Layer preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Darwinbox configuration and architecture
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- SQL, databases, middleware platforms
- Cloud/SaaS platforms
Functional Knowledge:
- Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
- Payroll and compliance (India)
- HR operations and performance management
Leadership Skills:
- Stakeholder management across HR, IT, and leadership
- Vendor management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving
Preferred:
