Role: Technical Leader - Enterprise AI, BPM & RPA

Experience: 18-30 years

We are looking for a senior technology leader with a strong Digital Transformation mindset, focused on GenAI, Agentic AI, ML-driven enterprise transformation, and large-scale solutioning.

What we're looking for:

Digital Transformation Expertise:

- Proven experience driving enterprise-wide transformation using GenAI / Agentic AI / ML

- Ability to identify transformation opportunities and clearly articulate business value & ROI

End-to-End Solutioning:

- Assess current-state environments and design A-Z transformation roadmaps

- Strong automation-led solution design mindset (AI, BPM, RPA)

Solution-Oriented Leadership:

- Background in solutioning and consulting, not pure delivery or operations

- Structured thinker who can define what to do, how to do it, and who owns it

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and teams

Client & Deal Exposure:

- Experience working with Hi-Tech clients (e.g., Google, Meta, similar)

- Hands-on exposure to large transformation deals ($10M-$100M)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Core technology background (non-negotiable)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Not Preferred:

- Healthcare domain experience

- BPS-only profiles
