Location : Chennai

Role :

- Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to entire technology team.

- Manage both the internal technology ecosystem and the market facing product ecosystem.

- Head responsibility to analyse, design, develop and support all application systems.

- Strategize, conceptualise, and build a comprehensive workflow automation tool.

- Strategic technology partnerships. Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development.

- Manage all development schedules, budget and resource allocation.

- Budgeting and quality

- Stakeholder management (internal/external)

- Ability to participate in the business development process.

Experience and Qualification

- Graduate (Engineer/Computer applications preferably)

- Experience in the academic/trade publishing industry with exposure to the broader content ecosystem.

- Knowledge of publishing workflows, related automation, and cognitive technology.

- Hands on approach with experience in coding, project management and solutioning.

- Excellent communication and ability to ideate and present solutions to diverse audiences.

- Experience in building cognitive interventions.

- Experience in working with large publishers.
