Technical Head - IT to lead our Digital transformation journey and ensure seamless integration across enterprise and manufacturing applications. This leadership role will be pivotal in designing scalable digital architecture, modernizing legacy systems, and aligning IT strategy with business and operational goals across our manufacturing units.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

- 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 4+ years in technical leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.

- Proven experience in cloud strategy, migration, and operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Deep expertise in enterprise and plant-level application integration, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO, SAP PI/PO/CPI, SAP BTP), and API management.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, LIMS, etc.).

- Experience in building secure, resilient, and high-performance digital infrastructure.

- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Certifications:

- Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), TOGAF, or integration platforms.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.

- Long-term enterprise-wide IT strategy and architecture. Define Technology roadmap, approves platforms & enterprise tools. Define and drive the organization's Cloud-First IT Strategy - across infrastructure, applications, and data platforms

- Lead the design and execution of application integration architecture connecting ERP (SAP), MES, SCADA, CRM, PLM, and other business-critical systems.

- Evaluate, select, and implement cloud-native and hybrid solutions (e.g., AWS,Azure, GCP) that meet performance, security, and scalability needs.

- Oversee modernization of legacy applications using APIs, microservices, and container-based platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

- Build a robust enterprise data layer enabling real-time analytics, IoT, and business intelligence platforms.

- Collaborate with business leaders, operations, and plant IT teams to digitize manufacturing processes and improve system interoperability.

- Ensure high standards of cybersecurity, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and disaster recovery for all cloud and integrated environments.

- Lead a cross-functional technical team of cloud architects, application developers, integration experts, and support engineers.
