Role Overview:
As a Technical Lead - Finance Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving the technical design, development, and implementation of our finance and accounting solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and finance domain experts to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP R2R and finance processes will ensure our platform delivers exceptional value to our clients, enabling them to optimize their financial workflows and achieve greater efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability needs.
- Develop and maintain SAP R2R configurations and customizations to support finance and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with developers to build and integrate finance modules, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to finance solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of finance solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and accounting to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrable expertise in SAP R2R configuration and customization, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
