Technical Lead - BFSI Domain

Position: Technical Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

- 8+ Years experience in Technology design and development in reputed national/international service/product companies.

- Design and implementation of Fintech solutions based on Jocata products to B & FS clients using latest Digital technologies - like but not limited to Java JDK 1.8/Hibernate/Spring Boot, RDBMS/No SQL/Cloud DB, IaaS/PaaS (AWS/Azure/others), UI technologies (AngularJS/ReactJS).

- Prepare estimates of work and duration for work items (requirements, change requests, reported issues).

- Provide daily leadership to the technical resources assigned to the project.

- Provide inputs to weekly status report and work closely with project/delivery manager.

- Identify schedule blockers and recommend workaround strategies.

- Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and steering committee meetings as requested.

- Customer communication point for all project technical discussions.

- Develop risk response actions to mitigate.

- Actively participating in the technical community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practices.

Educational Qualification and Skills Required:

- Education: Undergraduate or above from a reputed institution. Relevant Certificate/Diploma in Software Technologies from industry recognized training institutions is highly desirable but relevant experience will be considered.

- Technology background in Java and Open-source stack. Experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, APIs, Latest UI technologies are mandatory.

- Experience in B & FS industry is a plus.

- Should be open to travel to customer site based on requirement.

- Proven experience in digital projects and products.

- Proven experience in balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.

- Experience in delivering high quality with agility under tight timelines.
