We are seeking a strategic and visionary Technical Lead to drive our next phase of innovation in the media-tech domain, with a clear career path to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Technology Leadership

- Partner with leadership to define and execute the companys long-term tech roadmap.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Web 3.0, Metaverse) into scalable media-tech products.

- Translate business objectives into actionable tech initiatives with measurable impact.

- Product & Architecture Excellence

- Architect and oversee development of cloud-based broadcast and OTT systems (AWS, Azure).

- Lead the design of AI/ML-powered tools (e.g., predictive content planning, targeted advertising).

- Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable microservice architectures.

Team Leadership & Culture:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 20+ engineers across full-stack, cloud, and AI domains.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Operational & Vendor Management:

- Optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency.

- Manage technology vendors and ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, and SOC2 standards.

- CTO Readiness & Growth

- Drive R&D strategy, product innovation, and technical excellence.

- Transition into the CTO role within 35 years, owning tech P&L and representing the company at global forums.

Key Skills:

- Experience: 15+ years in software development, including 8 - 10 years in tech/product leadership roles.

- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure

- Languages/Frameworks: Python, .NET/Core, Angular, React

- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MSSQL

- Proficiency in AI/ML, DevOps, Agile, and distributed systems

- Industry Edge: Prior experience in media, OTT, or SaaS product environments preferred.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA; M.Tech or MBA (Tech/IT) preferred.

- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master, or equivalent are plus points.
