Role Overview:

As the Technical Head/Plant Head, you will serve as the strategic leader overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations and technical excellence for our facility in the Delhi NCR region. You will be responsible for driving the production roadmap, optimizing process engineering workflows, and championing automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional leadership, including supply chain, R&D, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless product development cycles. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and rigorous safety standards, you will directly influence the organization's bottom line, product quality, and market competitiveness, ensuring our manufacturing capabilities remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from raw material procurement to final product dispatch, to ensure timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.

- Implement Six Sigma and Lean methodologies across the shop floor to eliminate waste, reduce operational costs, and maximize throughput.

- Direct large-scale capital projects and automation upgrades, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline constraints to boost plant capacity.

- Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems to maintain accurate data flow, inventory control, and real-time production visibility.

- Cultivate a safety-first culture by enforcing stringent industrial safety protocols and compliance measures to protect human capital and organizational assets.

- Lead organizational change management initiatives to align the workforce with new technological adoptions and evolving business objectives.
