About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions, integrations, workflows, and security configurations within Fusion HCM, with an emphasis on delivering seamless recruitment processes and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end ORC module implementation, configuration, and optimization.

- Develop and maintain API integrations, including REST/SOAP services for Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Configure and manage workflows, approvals, and notification frameworks.

- Oversee role-based security, user provisioning, and access management within HCM.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ORC and related HCM modules.

- Partner with functional HR and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Support UAT, production deployments, enhancements, and documentation.

- Provide expert guidance on ORC best practices, performance improvements, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- Strong hands-on experience in: ORC technical configurations (recruiting steps, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, etc.)

- API Integration (REST, SOAP, HCM Extracts, OIC experience is a plus)

- Workflows & Approvals Notifications setup and customization Fusion Security (roles, privileges, data security)

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across functional and technical layers.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines.
