Technical Director - Road Safety

Location: New Delhi

CTC: 40 LPA

We are looking for a Technical Director to lead large-scale road safety programs across India and beyond. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on eliminating road crash fatalities through engineering excellence, intelligent enforcement, trauma care integration, and community engagement.

About the Role:

As Technical Director, you will:

- Lead the design and implementation of high-quality road engineering interventions.

- Oversee road safety audits, crash diagnostics, highway and urban redesign projects.

- Integrate enforcement, trauma response, and community engagement into a unified safety strategy

- Work closely with government agencies and international partners.

- Drive innovation and build internal technical capacity.

Who Should Apply?

- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, transportation planning, or urban design.

- Strong background in road safety audits, highway safety, or street redesign.

- Proven leadership in infrastructure or mobility projects.

- Working knowledge of QGIS, Python, and AutoCAD.

- Deep commitment to public interest and measurable social impact.
