Technical Delivery Manager - IT

- Architect and implement scalable database solutions, including schema design, normalization strategies, and indexing for performance optimization.

- Lead data modeling efforts across structured and semi-structured datasets to support analytics, reporting, and operational workflows.

- Design and develop stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to support business logic and data integrity.

- Build and manage ETL pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Python-based workflows.

- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure data solutions align with business requirements and performance expectations.

- Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, quality, and security.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and troubleshoot data-related blockers.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and data providers to manage and evolve the organizations data assets.

- Ensure systems and data practices support business objectives and compliance standards.

- Experience in database architecture, data engineering, and Microsoft technology stack.

- Strong command of SQL Server, including performance tuning, query optimization, and secure database design.

- Proficiency in SSIS for ETL development and orchestration.

- Experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.

- Familiarity with data profiling, cleansing, and preparation techniques for advanced analytics.

- Understanding of Azure infrastructure, identity and access management.

- Must have experience in Developing Azure solutions, Azure DWH and ETL solutions, Azure Reporting Solutions, end to end DWH implementation in Azure. Good practical knowledge on Azure Storage, AAD, DB servers, Databases, Azure Data factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Triggers, Cost management, SSIS, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Python.

- Must have Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills

- Good to have experience in .Net, DevOps, SSAS, SharePoint
