Job Description: - We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of expertise to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical solutions and projects. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate between technical and business stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining a focus on quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. - Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. - Define project plans, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication of project progress and risks to all stakeholders. - Ensure that technical requirements are fully captured, aligned with business goals, and converted into well-defined project deliverables. - Act as the key liaison between development, QA, operations, and business teams to facilitate smooth project execution. - Mitigate risks proactively and implement effective solutions to resolve project issues or delays. - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including software engineers, testers, business analysts, and other technical staff. - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership, ensuring clear, timely communication regarding project status, milestones, and risks. - Implement and uphold Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management methodologies to ensure project delivery efficiency and transparency. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and taking corrective action when necessary. - Proactively manage change requests and adjust project plans to accommodate shifts in scope, timelines, or budgets. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical delivery management, or a related field, with a strong background in software development or systems integration. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects in an Agile environment. - Experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, including Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies. - Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. - Experience with risk management, change management, and resource management. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities, with the capability to influence decisions at senior levels. - In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture frameworks, and technology stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, etc.). - Familiarity with modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of data management, database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), and integration methods (APIs, microservices).
