Senior Technical Delivery Manager Healthcare / Medical Devices

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs in the medical devices, medical imaging, and healthcare technology domain. This role requires a strong blend of program delivery, client engagement, digital transformation expertise, and business ownership (P&L;) within regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program & Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple healthcare technology programs

- Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards

- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations

- Establish governance and reporting frameworks

2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as primary contact for global clients

- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders

- Drive customer satisfaction and account growth

- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities

3. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and scale cross-functional engineering teams

- Mentor and develop talent

- Drive performance and collaboration

4. Digital Transformation & Innovation

- Lead IoT, cloud, and connected healthcare initiatives

- Drive platform modernization

- Adopt emerging technologies

5. Operational Excellence & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines

- Implement Agile/DevOps best practices

- Drive process improvements

6. Business & P&L; Management

- Own revenue, margins, and cost optimization

- Manage resource planning and forecasting

- Drive business expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science (Masters preferred)

- 15+ years in program/delivery management

- Experience managing global clients

Technical & Domain Skills:

- Medical devices / imaging systems knowledge

- IoT and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

- Java, .NET, SOA understanding

- Embedded systems (preferred)

- Agile methodologies

Leadership & Functional Skills:

- Strong leadership and people management

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making

- Pre-sales and consulting exposure

Preferred Experience:

- FDA-regulated product experience

- R&D; / product lifecycle exposure
