Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) who brings a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and customer-facing project delivery experience.
The ideal candidate will have spent the recent years managing complex technology projects while leveraging a solid backend or architecture-focused technical foundation.
This role demands strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to lead architecture-level discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technology projects, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, risks, and escalations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and solution architects.
- Drive architecture-level discussions, solution design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and execution strategies.
- Identify project risks and dependencies early, perform impact analysis, and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, governance, and process standards.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and metrics to internal leadership and customers.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience & Background:- 10+ years of overall experience in technology delivery roles.
- Minimum 4 TO 5 years of recent experience in a customer-facing project or delivery management role.
- Strong technical background with 56 years of prior hands-on experience in:
- Backend programming
- System architecture
- Solution engineering
- SaaS implementation
Technical Expertise:- Technology-agnostic mindset with strong understanding of system logic, backend processes, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to confidently participate in and lead architecture-level discussions.
- Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and delivery models.
Project & Delivery Management:- Proven experience managing customer-facing projects end to end.
- Strong exposure to project planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
